Practice: Sandra Carr is "of counsel" to Bierce & Kenerson, P.C. and has been practicing law for over twenty years.
She has had extensive experience working as both an in-house and outside legal counsel with large firms. Ms. Carr focuses on technology and commercial transactions, particularly in IT services and design and manufacturing services, such as OEM, ODM, EMS, DS and CDM. Other areas of practice include sales and distribution, commercial alliances, managed services, outsourcing, intellectual property, international business and cross-border transactions, logistics/reverse logistics/repair/break-fix transactions, e-commerce/online transactions, commercial real estate, government and public agency transactions, lease financing and other financial services.
Additionally, Ms. Carr also has over eight years of teaching experience. She has taught business classes at the University of Colorado School of Business, the Colorado State Real Estate Brokers Association and at the secondary education level in Colorado and Florida.
