Henry W. (Hank) Jones, III has over 25 years experience in connection with outsourcing, software, e-commerce, networks and other information technology transactions and related advisory services. He has served both in major law firms and in-house on the senior management teams of three publicly traded technology service providers. He has been head in-house legal counsel in two public companies. Mr. Jones speaks and writes nationally on outsourcing, open source software, IT risk management, software development, alliances and other IT topics. As a former litigator early in career he urges problem prevention in defining, designing and documenting business deals, contract documents, and technology project plans. Mr. Jones regularly conducts in-house corporate contracting upgrading and re-engineering, risk audit, technology audit, corporate training, and other information technology process and asset improvement projects. Mr. Jones is of-counsel to Bierce & Kenerson, P.C.
