Todd Ruback has been practicing technology and corporate law since 1989, representing businesses across the size spectrum. He has structured a number of large outsourcing deals in information technology, particularly for the financial services industry. While he has substantial in-house experience of behalf of managed services providers, more recently he has been representing major money center banks and brokerage houses in procurement of technology services. As part of his practice he assists clients in due diligence and in conflict negotiations. Mr. Ruback was formerly an in-house lawyer with a publicly traded Delaware corporation that is based in India, for which he acted as sourcing legal counsel. He is a guest lecturer on Outsourcing at the American Management Association. Mr. Ruback’s practices includes HR, privacy and data protection and advisory services on procurement of managed business services.
