Greg Short is Of Counsel to the Firm in connection with outsourcing transactions and related advisory services. Mr. Short has extensive experience structuring, drafting and negotiating a range of domestic and international IT/BP outsourcing transactions. By training and experience, Mr. Short has worked on complex outsourcing contracts for two of the countrys most prominent large law firms that assist clients in outsourcing. He was counsel at, and helped start and develop, the Los Angeles office of a Washington, D.C. law firm that is of one of the countrys largest outsourcing law firms. Previously, he was an associate in the Los Angeles office of a premier New York law firm that focused on outsourcing transactions. Mr. Short began his career as a litigator concentrating on product liability and patent actions, and he has extensive experience handling a range of domestic, offshore and global development and licensing arrangements for IT software and services and interactive games.
