Gary Zeiss is of counsel to Bierce & Kenerson, P.C. Mr. Zeiss focuses on information technology and outsourcing transactions, including services agreements, technology transfer, information technology and business process outsourcing, offshore sourcing, application development and maintenance, software licensing, and application service provider and hosting arrangements. Formerly, Gary was Executive Counsel at a Fortune 50 company, responsible for the companys information technology and outsourcing transactions.
Gary has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex technology and outsourcing transactions in a broad range of industries, including insurance, health care, consumer products, industrial services, computer services and telecommunications. Prior to becoming an attorney, Gary spent 18 years working as a consultant in the computer and information technology industries.
