Pricing Methods. We normally charge by hourly rates. These rates are significantly lower than at larger law firms. We are willing to consider negotiated fees for well-defined scope of services, limited time frames and other mutually agreed parameters.
Rates and Terms. Our rates are set forth in our standard form of attorney-client agreements for our services. Such letter agreements are required by applicable New York court rules. We are amenable to review and agree upon special requirements that our clients may require. A sample form of attorney services agreement is available upon request.
