A highly respected corporate and business attorney, Bill Bierce advises domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of industries and practices.  He advises on legal and tax issues in corporate and commercial law, new ventures, cross-border ventures, strategic business alliances, global business services, employment, intellectual property and e-businesses.  He publishes a blog at bierceonbusiness.  His extensive legal experience and interest in outsourcing served as the foundations for launching a leading website, www.outsourcing-law.com that published an e-newsletter, Outsourcing Law & Business Journal™.  As business services turned towards digital solutions, Bill has continued to assist businesses that depend on data and technology-driven services (artificial intelligence, analytics, automation, etc.).  Using his insights into business operations, Bill advises business owners, boards of directors and corporate officers on business organizational structures and resolution of complaints, distress and disputes.

Bill has taught continuing legal education classes for legal professionals.  As an adjunct professor for many years, he taught legal and tax aspects of international business transactions  to MBA students.  He also enjoys training young people and provides internships for aspiring law students.  He is a frequent speaker and author of articles and publications  He has acted both as an advisor to a party and as an arbitrator in various commercial disputes.
